Job summary

Lumicera Direct is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead strategy for provider engagement, operations, and account management across Lumicera Direct. You will build scalable processes, align with enterprise growth, and mentor managers across provider relations, inside sales, and provider support.

This role requires deep healthcare leadership experience, strong relationships with physician executives, and a track record of growing provider partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; MBA/Healthcare MBA preferred.
• Unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or provider relations.
• 5+ years of leadership managing multiple functions in healthcare.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and sales strategy.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention.
• Lead executive business reviews with provider networks and health systems.
• Establish executive relationships with physician leaders and practice owners.
• Provide actionable provider insights to inform strategic planning.
• Manage CRM vendor relations and support vendor selection.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Report market intelligence and performance updates to executives.
