Lumicera Direct is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to craft and execute the provider engagement strategy across Lumicera Direct. You will lead through managers overseeing account management, provider support, and engagement, while partnering with sales leaders to shape market strategy and scalable processes.

The role drives provider adoption, retention, and long-term growth, maintaining executive relationships and delivering performance insights to the leadership team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years leading leaders across multiple functions.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and strategy.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience with executive-level strategic planning.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations and engagement.
• Partner with sales leaders to drive growth, referrals, and retention.
• Act as executive sponsor for key provider organizations and partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Lead business reviews and communicate performance insights to leadership.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and translate insights into actions.
• Serve as liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement, revenue, and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure provider experience and delivery.
