Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or provider relations leadership.
• 5+ years leading multiple business functions and provider teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead provider engagement, account management, and support functions.
• Build executive relationships with physician leaders and health systems.
