Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the provider engagement strategy for Lumicera Direct. You will shape governance, drive adoption, and collaborate with senior leaders to grow partnerships and refine operating models.

In this role you will manage cross-functional teams across provider relations, account management, and support operations, travel up to 40% and report to the commercial leadership team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leading multiple provider-facing teams.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and strategy development.
• Proven CRM, analytics, forecasting, and BI usage.

Responsibilities

• Define a vision and operating model for provider relations and account management.
• Lead strategic initiatives with sales leadership to drive growth and retention.
• Cultivate executive-level partnerships with providers and health systems.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and referrals.
