Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead strategic initiatives across provider engagement, operations, and account management for the Lumicera Direct business. The role reports to senior commercial leadership and guides growth, retention, and performance through cross-functional teams.

You will shape strategic plans with executive sponsors, develop scalable processes, and drive provider adoption while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in residence state or eligible for reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years leading multiple teams and functions.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and strategy.
• Experience with growth, market expansion and revenue initiatives.
• Ability to work with executives and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows and reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead executive-level relationships with provider organizations and health systems.
• Oversee provider engagement, account management, and provider support functions.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and leadership reviews.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and operational investments.
