Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategy for provider engagement, operations, and support services within Lumicera Direct. You will partner with sales leadership and executives to drive growth, retention, and market expansion while managing provider relationships and performance reviews.

The role requires 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership, with strong CRM and BI skills, and willingness to travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MHA or related master's preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the resident state or reciprocity plan.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles; 5+ years leading leaders.
• 3+ years in sales leadership; growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives experience.
• Experience with executive-level collaboration to drive strategic plans and growth.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, provider workflows, and reimbursement.
• Proficiency with CRM, analytics, forecasting tools, and BI reporting.
• Proven track record influencing executives and building provider partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with enterprise growth.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive provider growth, referrals, and retention.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health-system leaders.
• Oversee executive business reviews and translate provider insights into actions.
