Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring a Director of Provider Relations to lead strategy across Lumicera Direct provider engagement, operations, and support functions. You will partner with senior leadership to shape market strategy, drive provider adoption, and develop scalable processes for sustainable growth.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare leadership, strong relationships with provider organizations, and experience with CRM platforms and analytics to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Advanced training in healthcare leadership or business strategy preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, or related leadership roles required.
• 5+ years leading leaders and multiple functions in healthcare environment required.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and strategy required.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and strategic planning required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for provider organizations and health systems.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Conduct executive business reviews and align growth initiatives.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate insights to leadership.
• Act as liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement, referrals, and revenue.
