Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Provider Relations for Lumicera Direct to lead provider engagement, account management, and support functions. You will partner with senior sales leadership to shape market strategy, drive provider adoption, and build scalable processes that enable growth while ensuring operational excellence.

This role requires 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership, 5+ years in leadership, pharmacist licensure, and a track record of executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MHA preferred for leadership track.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and referrals.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key provider organizations and partnerships.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with physician leaders and health system executives.
• Lead business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership to inform planning.
