Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and support across Lumicera Direct. You will shape strategy, manage senior teams, and partner with sales to drive growth and retention in provider networks.

You will establish executive relationships with physician groups and health systems, oversee CRM and analytics, and own budgeting and workforce planning while traveling up to 40% to meets providers and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years leading leaders across multiple business functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and strategy development.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of provider relations and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with VP Sales to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations and partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Lead executive business reviews and communicate insights to leadership.
• Oversee CRM vendor relations and analytics for decision making.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and industry events.
