Qualifications

• PharmD or Pharmacy degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or provider relations.
• 5+ years leading leaders and multiple functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience with growth, market expansion and revenue programs.
• Strong relationships with health systems and provider networks.
• Experience with CRM, analytics and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy.
• Lead provider engagement and account management functions.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth and retention.
• Maintain executive relationships with provider executives.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings.
