Lumicera Direct is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead strategy, execution, and partnerships across provider networks. You will manage provider engagement, support operations, and account management while partnering with senior sales and executive leadership to drive growth and retention.

You will oversee budgeting, CRM and analytics efforts, travel up to 40%, and lead a team of managers across provider relations functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/masters preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or provider relations roles with leadership experience.

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy across Lumicera Direct.
• Lead providers engagement, account management, and provider support functions.
• Build executive-level relationships with physician leaders and health system executives.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and operational investments.

• Provide leadership for CRM vendor selection and analytics reporting.
