Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and account management for the Lumicera Direct business. You will guide strategy, drive growth and retention, and partner with Sales to shape market priorities.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/related preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading multi-function/provider-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with Sales leaders to drive provider growth, referrals, and retention.
• Represent provider organizations to senior Lumicera leadership and drive executive sponsorship.
• Build executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Conduct executive business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Establish provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as pharmacist SME for specialty services and provider workflows.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and industry events.
