Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategy and execution of provider engagement, operations, and partner support across Lumicera Direct. You will drive growth, retention, and performance by shaping the provider ecosystem and coordinating with executive leadership.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across healthcare networks. Travel up to 40% is required.

Competenze

• Must hold Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD with licensure in the relevant state or eligible for reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, account management, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and multiple business functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership, leading sales teams and strategy.
• Experience in growth, market expansion, retention, referral development, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leaders to execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, provider workflows, and patient access programs.
• Experience using CRM, analytics, forecasting tools, and BI reporting to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate provider insights into strategy.
• Established relationships within specialty pharmacy and provider networks.
• Adherence to compliance programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct aligned with growth and market expansion goals.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions.
• Partner with VP, Sales and Director, Provider Sales to drive growth, referrals, retention, and performance.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key provider organizations to support growth and long-term relationships.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with physicians, practice owners, and health-system leaders.
• Lead executive business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as primary liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership for strategic planning.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement, referrals, service adoption, and market share.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical services, and sales to ensure consistent provider experience.
• Develop and manage CRM vendor relations and vendor selection.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation for provider relations.
• Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and operational performance.
• Provide market intelligence and performance updates to VP, Sales and leadership.
• Represent Lumicera at provider meetings, executive forums, and industry events.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and events.
