Job summary

Lumicera Direct seeks a Director of Provider Relations to lead the strategy and operations for provider engagement, account management, and support functions. You will drive growth, retention, and satisfaction of provider partners while partnering with sales leadership to shape market strategy and scalable processes for sustainable expansion.

The role requires strategic vision, executive relationship management, and the ability to align provider initiatives with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/related business degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence or reciprocity plan as per state laws.
• Advanced leadership or strategy training in healthcare/provider relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention.
• Lead executive sponsor engagements with provider organizations to support growth.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
