Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the rebate contracting team and advance formulary strategies for client programs. The role focuses on negotiating manufacturer contracts, supporting P&T processes, and delivering value through cost modeling and budget impact analysis.

The position requires pharmacy leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive value-based contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years PBM/healthcare plan experience with rebate contracting and formulary management.
• Experience negotiating rebates/discounts for contracts incl. Medicare Part D a plus.
• Pharmacist license in good standing; willingness to travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of rebate contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with manufacturers to optimize rebates and discounts.
• Provide cost modeling, budget impact analysis, and P&T support.
• Collaborate with Drug Information, operations and clients to implement contracts.
