Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting who will lead the Rebate Contractors team, negotiate rebates with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and support formulary decisions with cost modeling and budget impact analyses.

The role collaborates with P&T and Drug Information teams to shape client formularies and drive strategic rebate contracts across the organization. Travel up to 20% may be required and a pharmacy degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in PBM/healthcare plans and rebate contracting.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts with pharma manufacturers.
• Demonstrated leadership of a contractor/team and vendor relationships.
• Experience supporting P&T processes and formulary impact analyses.
• Strong cost modeling and budget impact analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Rebate Contractors team and build partnerships with pharma and Navitus stakeholders.
• Negotiate rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion to meet client needs.
• Provide cost modeling, rebate forecasting and budget impact analyses to support decisions.
• Represent Navitus in P&T meetings and coordinate with Drug Information.
• Drive strategic initiatives for indiction-based and value-based contracts.
