Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting with rebate strategy experience to lead a team of Navitus Contractors. You will negotiate contracts, support formulary decisions with cost modeling and rebate forecasting, and drive value for clients.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with Pharma and Drug Information teams. The role emphasizes strategic contract structuring, P&T support, and leadership development in a fast-moving PBM environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D preferred; MBA or applicable degree/experience desired.
• At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience; rebate contracting and formulary management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year contract negotiation experience (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D) or equivalent.
• Pharmacist on license with ability to obtain unrestricted licensure in Wisconsin.
• Up to 20% travel time required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across Pharma, customers, Navitus and partners.
• Ensure resources and stakeholders are in place to meet Navitus’ needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive Pharma contracts including agreements and audit programs.
• Collaborate with Navitus teams to ensure rebate clarity and resolve issues; support P&T processes with modeling.
• Lead negotiations to expand rebates for lowest net cost PBM for clients.
• Lead, train and develop Navitus Contractors team.
• Other duties as assigned.
