Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team in negotiating rebate contracts and formulary support. The role drives cost modeling, budget impact analysis, and strategies for value-based agreements with Pharma partners.

You will collaborate with P&T, Drug Information, and client teams to evolve contracts and expand high net rebates while maintaining Navitus’ client focus and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred); MBA or related degree valued.
• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience; rebate contracting/formulary management focus.
• 1+ year contract negotiation experience (Commercial/Medicaid/Part D) preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist or eligible for licensure (Wisconsin)
• Up to 20% travel; valid driver’s license required.
• Focus on compliance and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Pharma, customers, Navitus, and partners.
• Ensure resources are in place to meet Navitus’ current and future needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive Pharma contracts with audits and processes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure rebate contracts are understood; support P&T with modeling.
• Lead negotiations to expand rebates and drive low net costs for clients.
• Lead and develop the team of Navitus Contractors for career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
