Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and drive rebate strategy for formulary inclusion. The role focuses on negotiating contracts with manufacturers, supporting P&T processes with modeling, and expanding rebates to deliver the lowest net cost PBM for Navitus’ clients.

The position requires pharmacist leadership, PBM experience, and ability to travel up to 20% while maintaining compliance and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred.
• MBA or applicable degree or experience is desired.
• At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience is preferred with rebate contracting and formulary management experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D) preferred.
• Pharmacist licensure (unrestricted) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain.
• Up to 20% travel time and valid driver’s license required.
• Commitment to compliance and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with Pharma, customers, Navitus, and partners.
• Ensure resources are in place to meet Navitus’ current and future needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for Navitus’ pharma contracts and rebate structures.
• Support P&T processes with financial modeling and rebate forecasts.
• Lead negotiations to expand rebates for low net cost PBM solutions for clients.
• Lead, train and develop the Navitus Contractors team.

Education
