Optiv Security Inc. in the United States seeks a Director of Partner Experience & Digital Programs to lead the strategy, operation, and evolution of Optiv One Partner Portal and related digital capabilities.

This role partners with IT, product, sales, marketing, and enablement to deliver scalable experiences and measurable outcomes. The leader will drive onboarding, adoption, and engagement across partner journeys, while translating requirements into scalable workflows and joint go-to-market

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in partner programs, channel operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs at director level or equivalent.
• Experience owning or contributing to a partner portal or PRM platform.
• Delivery of a prioritized portal roadmap and scalable operating model.
• Strong understanding of channel and alliance models and partner journeys.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and daily performance of the Optiv One Partner Portal.
• Drive partner onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of portal capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end partner journey including onboarding, content submission, enablement, and campaigns.
• Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on partner feedback and business value.
• Partner with IT, product, sales, marketing, enablement, and vendors to deliver improvements.
• Develop scalable go-to-market programs linking partner priorities to sales motions.
• Define metrics and create dashboards to show impact and ROI.
