Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Director to own the strategy, governance, and day-to-day performance of the Optiv One Partner Portal. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization, shaping the partner journey and leading cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in partner programs with 3+ years at director level, plus strong analytics to define KPIs and communicate business outcomes. Role supports remote work and professional training resources.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner programs, channel operations, partner marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years at director level.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a partner portal or PRM platform.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI definition and communicating business outcomes.
