Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Director of Partner Experience & Digital Programs to lead the strategy, operation, and evolution of the Optiv One Partner Portal and related digital capabilities. You will align partner needs with seller priorities, drive onboarding and engagement, and partner with IT, product, and sales to deliver scalable improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years in partner programs, channel operations, digital platforms, or related fields.
3+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs at director level or equivalent.
Experience owning a partner portal or PRM platform and delivering a roadmap.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day portal performance.
Drive onboarding, adoption, engagement, and portal utilization.
Collaborate with IT, product, sales, marketing, enablement, and vendors.
Define KPIs, report ROI, and develop scalable enablement and content plans.
