Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Remote Pre-Sales Partner Architect to act as a strategic technical advisor, bridging Optiv’s sales, services, and partner ecosystems. You will lead pre-sales excellence with deep technical expertise, hands-on demonstrations, and enablement programs for internal teams and clients.

You will champion partner technologies (IDIRA, CyberArk, and related platforms), aligning solutions with client goals and ensuring seamless integration across Optiv’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience across IAM, PAM, EPM, IGA or machine identity security.
• Experience with enterprise identity security platforms such as CyberArk/IDIRA, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, BeyondTrust, Delinea, SailPoint, Saviynt, Venafi or comparable solutions.
• Strong expertise in at least one identity security domain with broad knowledge of adjacent domains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain technical sales tools and documentation, including sizing guidelines and integration guides.
• Define solution architectures and roadmap alignment for partner technologies; drive consistent delivery.
• Provide SKU guidance and partner service mapping; support client workshops and enablement sessions.
