Job summary
EPAM Systems in the United States Midwest region seeks a Client Engagement Director to lead strategic account development in Data & AI, driving growth and client value across a regional portfolio.
You will build senior relationships, shape analytics roadmaps, and oversee multi-service engagements while guiding delivery teams. The role requires 10+ years in Data & AI consulting, proven revenue growth, and strong strategic/tactical capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data & AI consulting or delivery.
- Proven success in developing and growing client relationships with strong business acumen.
- Experience leading complex data analytics projects and engagements with revenue impact.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels and support delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted senior client relationships and act as principal advisor.
- Provide thought leadership in Data & AI, shaping analytics agenda and opportunities.
- Drive adoption of core services: platform development, AI use cases, analytics, process automation, data modernization.
- Grow strategic accounts and expand engagements to multi-million annual values.
- Lead or support complex transformational initiatives as architect, consultant, or program lead.
- Co-develop account plans with senior leadership for delivery, growth, and satisfaction.
- Travel up to 30% regionally and maintain a hybrid work setup.
