Qualifications

• 7+ years managing 15+ associates.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5 years building a large scale operations team for a new implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and oversee manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.
• Define operational strategy and priorities aligned with business goals; ensure infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate across Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work, enhance data quality, guide automation priorities, and manage performance via KPIs, staffing and capacity planning.
