• Puerto Rico restrictions apply under current government contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large operations team supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.
• Define operational strategy, priorities, and ensure infrastructure remains efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work, guide automation priorities, and manage performance via KPIs, staffing and capacity planning.
