Job summary

Humana seeks an experienced operations leader to report to an Associate VP of Strategy Advancement and oversee a large team responsible for manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.

You will define operational strategy, align priorities with business goals, and collaborate with Provider teams and Humana Military to improve data quality. The role requires strong KPI management and staffing oversight, with remote work and occasional office visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing 15+ associates and 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership.
• Experience building large-scale operations teams for new implementations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain interim government security clearance.
• Remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
