Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Director of Provider Operations to lead a large operations team reporting to an Associate VP of Strategy Advancement.

You will build, execute, and oversee manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading while defining strategy and priorities aligned with business goals. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for this position.
• Interim approval for NBIS security clearance required.
• Puerto Rico work is not authorized under this contract.
• 7 years of management of 15+ associates.
• 10 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience building a large-scale operations team for a new implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and oversee manual operations that support VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.
• Define operational strategy and priorities, align them with business goals, and ensure infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate across Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work, enhance data quality, guide automation priorities, and manage performance through KPIs, staffing, and capacity planning.
