Job summary

You will define strategic priorities, ensure efficient infrastructure, and collaborate with Humana Military to optimize manual processes while guiding automation efforts and KPI-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen per DoD contract.
• Interim approval for NBIS background check.
• Not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico under contract.
• 7+ years managing 15+ associates.
• 10+ years healthcare operations leadership.
• 5+ years building large-scale ops teams for new implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute and oversee manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.
• Define operational strategy and priorities aligned with business goals; ensure efficient, reliable, cost-effective infrastructure.
• Collaborate across Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work, guide automation priorities, and manage performance via KPIs, staffing and capacity planning.
