Humana in the United States is seeking a remote Director of Provider Operations who will report to an Associate VP of Strategy Advancement and lead a large operations team.

You will build and oversee manual operations for VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading, define strategy, drive KPIs, and coordinate with Humana Military to ensure data quality and cost-effective infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing a sizable team in healthcare operations.
• Experience aligning operations with strategic goals and budgets.
• Proven ability to scale teams for new implementations.
