Talent With Heart is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth with Fortune 1000 clients. This is a remote role requiring residency in the greater Seattle area.

You will identify accounts, develop entry strategies, lead prospecting, and coordinate with subject-matter experts to deliver high-value solutions. Base salary $140K plus commission and a year-end bonus tied to revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
