Htprof, a Global company that specializes in providing engagement solutions for Fortune 1000 businesses, is seeking a Director of Business Development who can get the job done.

This remote role requires residence in the greater Seattle area and a stable career history, with compensation consisting of a base salary of $140K plus commission and a year-end bonus tied to revenue and profitability. You will lead prospecting and strategic account development to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct the prospecting campaign, develop relationships and understand the customer’s critical business strategies.
• Work with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
