Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development who can drive results for a global engagement solutions provider serving Fortune 1000 clients. You will identify target accounts, craft entry strategies, and lead a team to deliver compelling solutions.

This is a remote role reporting to the Minneapolis office, with a requirement to reside in the greater Milwaukee area. Compensation includes a base salary of $140K plus commissions and year-end bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
