Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth with Fortune 1000 clients. This remote role requires residing in the greater Seattle area and a proven history of sales leadership in professional services.

You will identify accounts, develop entry strategies, run prospecting campaigns, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver solutions that align with customers’ business objectives, while earning leverage-based commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

Identify potential accounts, develop an account entry strategy, conduct the prospecting campaign, build relationships and understand the customer’s key business strategies, then collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to craft and execute a solution to meet objectives.
