Workforce Recruiter is helping a global engagement-solutions company fill a Director of Business Development role. This is a remote position with responsibility to the Minneapolis office, and you must live in the greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, developing entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, building executive relationships, and collaborating with subject-matter experts to craft solutions that achieve client business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
