Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development for a remote role serving the greater Seattle area. You will identify accounts, craft entry strategies, and coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet customer objectives, with compensation tied to performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, develop relationships and understand the customer’s critical business strategies, then work with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
