Turbine Ltd. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech space.

You will manage end-to-end deals, from initial engagement through signature, and build executive relationships with global pharma customers. You’ll lead strategic account plans, collaborate with product and science teams, and shape the go-to-market strategy for Turbine’s AI-enabled Virtual Lab platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial experience in biopharma, drug discovery or scientific tech.
• Proven track record selling AI-enabled platforms or scientific software to R&D stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (as stated).

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and close commercial opportunities across Turbine's portfolio.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to contract signature.
• Develop account plans and expand engagements into enterprise licenses.
• Collaborate with Product, Scientific and Delivery teams to define customer requirements and pricing.
• Represent Turbine at industry events and drive market intelligence.
