Job summary

Harmony Biosciences in Plymouth Meeting, PA seeks a Director of AI and Business Enablement to transform R&D and Commercial processes. You will translate AI strategy into practical roadmaps, oversee delivery from concept to production, and drive adoption across the enterprise while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 10+ years in technology with 2–3 years in AI delivery, pharma familiarity, and leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Life Sciences/Business or related field required; Master's/MBA preferred.
10+ years in technology or digital transformation with 2-3 years AI delivery experience.
Pharma/biotech experience with GxP, regulatory considerations preferred.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault, CRM and commercial analytics.

Responsibilities

Advise R&D and Commercial leadership on technology process improvement and AI enablement.
Lead end‑to‑end tech assessments and redesigns across Clinical, Regulatory, PV, QA and Medical Affairs.
Identify inefficiencies, establish KPIs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled processes.
Partner with IT and data science to scope, deliver, and scale AI initiatives.
