Job summary

Turbine is seeking a strategic VP of Marketing to elevate its reputation in BioAI and virtual biology, translating complex science into clear market narratives and a powerful executive presence across biopharma. You will shape corporate positioning and lead a high‑performing team to accelerate commercial growth.

You will partner with the CEO, CBO and product teams to drive demand, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns, expanding Turbine's visibility among top pharma accounts and industry

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing or corporate marketing.
• Significant experience in biopharma, biotech, TechBio, or AI-enabled drug discovery.
• Strong relationships across biopharma media, comms, and industry ecosystem.
• Proven success positioning a complex scientific/tech company.
• Experience leading PR agencies and external comms partners.
• Ability to translate sophisticated science for diverse audiences.
• Experience building founders/executive thought-leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear, differentiated corporate narrative and positioning for Turbine.
• Lead a systematic founder and executive thought-leadership program.
• Increase high‑quality earned media coverage and share of voice in BioAI.
• Develop relationships with priority journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Coordinate PR, media, events, and content to advance commercial goals.
