Job summary

PharmaForceIQ Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Business Development with 15+ years in life sciences sales to spearhead net-new client acquisition across pharma, biotech, and emerging life sciences.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and thrives in a disruptive, early-growth environment, with a focus on building demand from scratch. Responsibilities include leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, crafting tailored proposals, and running a proactive demand engine.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience in life sciences or health-tech industries.
• Experience selling marketing technology, data-driven engagement platforms, or analytics solutions.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across marketing, procurement, and leadership.
• Comfort working in a startup or scale-up environment without large-company sales infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new business development across pharma, biotech, and emerging life sciences organizations.
• Prospect, network, and generate demand through conferences, outbound outreach, and relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from first conversation to close.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and activity metrics in Salesforce.
