Job summary

JLL is seeking an MTS Director of Training Development to design scalable training programs for Work Order Management Systems and facility management operations across North America, with potential global impact.

You'll create interactive e-learning, hands-on workshops, and user guides, collaborating with internal teams and OEMs to align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving client satisfaction and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related fields
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools including Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools
• Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross‑functional team
• Willingness to travel for on‑site training sessions as needed
• Attention to detail with the ability to tailor training content for different geographies and languages (e.g., Canada)

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies and maintain diverse training materials like user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and clients
• Assess training needs and design customized programs to address gaps
• Stay current with platform updates and incorporate new features into content
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to align training with implementations, upgrades, safety and operations
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain knowledge base of FAQs and best practices and support troubleshooting
• Contribute to evolving training methodologies and content roadmaps
