Job summary

JLL seeks an MTS Director of Training Development to build scalable training for Work Order Management Systems and facility operations for North America, with future global impact. You will bridge complex platforms and user proficiency through e-learning, workshops and guides, influencing service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements include a 3+ year track record in training, strong instructional design skills, and ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in training, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related fields
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools including Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools
• Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross‑functional team
• Willingness to travel for on‑site training sessions as needed
• Attention to detail with the ability to tailor training content for different geographies and languages (e.g., Canada)

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies and diverse training materials (user guides, video tutorials, interactive e-learning).
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and clients.
• Maintain knowledge base of FAQs and best practices; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to align training with system implementations and upgrades.
• Assess training needs and measure effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
