Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a MTS Director of Training Development to design and deliver comprehensive training for Work Order Management Systems and facilities operations across North America. The role focuses on scalable learning experiences, combining technical content with customer service excellence.

You will create interactive modules, guides, and videos, run in-person and virtual sessions, and collaborate with internal teams and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of training experience in software or technology fields.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable training programs for Work Order Management Systems and facilities operations.
• Create e-learning modules, user guides, and video tutorials.
• Lead in-person and virtual training for new hires, staff, and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to align training with system implementations.
• Assess training needs and measure effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Maintain knowledge base and serve as a troubleshooting resource.
