Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Mobile Technical Services to lead field operations, profitability, and safety for a $350M platform across the U.S. and Canada, supervising 1,500+ technicians and staff.

Reporting to the Global Head of MTS, you own end-to-end service delivery, financial performance, and leadership development, shaping a high-performance organization with a strong safety culture and customer focus. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the requirements.
• 10+ years of operational or P&L leadership experience in technical services, field operations, or related hard services environment.
• Proven track record building and developing operations teams and advancing managers/supervisors.
• Hands-on understanding of technical services operations—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or controls.
• Travel 25% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for service delivery, staffing levels, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction across U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Lead Sr. Director (U.S.), Director (Canada), and Operations Support leader; set performance expectations and coach leadership bench.
• Manage workload allocation, resource deployment, and skill mix to balance demand and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs like response time, first-call resolution, utilization, client satisfaction, and safety metrics.
• Drive profitability strategies, pricing, and capital allocation for tools, vehicles, and technology.
