Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced MTS Director of Training Development to build scalable training for Work Order Management and facility ops in North America, with global potential. You will craft interactive learning modules and hands-on workshops, bridging complex tech with user proficiency.

You'll drive in-person and virtual sessions, align programs with safety and compliance, and continuously update content based on platform changes and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or related field is required.
• Min 3 years in training, software, operations or tech contexts.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software.
• Strong adult learning and instructional design capabilities.
• Ability to create diverse training materials and deliver content clearly.
• Proficient with Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360 and e-learning tools.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and LMS.
• Travel up to 20% and coordinate across geographies/languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies and scalable programs for Work Order Management and facilities operations.
• Create guides, videos, and interactive modules for varied learners.
• Lead in-person and virtual training for new hires, staff, and clients.
• Maintain knowledge base and update content with platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to align with safety and compliance standards.
• Assess training impact using feedback and performance metrics.
