Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a MTS Director of Training Development to build scalable training for Work Order Management and facilities operations across North America. You will design engaging learning experiences, from e-learning to hands-on workshops, aligning with safety and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, update content with platform changes, and evaluate training impact using metrics and feedback. Travel for on-site sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience in software, operations, or technology.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software is preferred.
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and present ideas well.
• Experience creating training materials with various tools and LMS platforms.
• Willingness to travel for on-site sessions up to 20% annually.
• Ability to tailor content for different geographies and languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scalable training programs for Work Order Management Systems and facilities operations.
• Create user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, staff, and clients.
• Assess training needs and measure effectiveness with feedback and metrics.
• Maintain a knowledge base and align content with system implementations and safety standards.
