Job summary

JLL is seeking an MTS Director of Training Development to design and deliver scalable training programs for Work Order Management and facility operations across North America, with potential global impact. You will create e-learning, guides, and workshops, partnering with internal teams and OEMs to ensure safety, compliance and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years training experience in software, business operations or tech.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software is a plus.
• Strong adult learning and instructional design expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360 and e-learning platforms.
• Experience with virtual training and LMS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and travel for on-site sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies and maintain diverse training materials (guides, videos, e-learning).
• Conduct in-person and virtual training for new hires, staff, and clients.
• Assess training needs and design programs to close gaps and adapt to audiences.
• Stay current with platform updates and integrate new features into content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to align training with implementations and safety standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics; refine programs accordingly.
• Maintain a knowledge base and assist with troubleshooting and training roadmaps.
