Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to lead the marketing PMO and the integrated campaigns function, building the operating infrastructure, standards, and OKR framework across global regions.

The role focuses on delivery, establishing Centers of Excellence, AI transformation, and cross-functional orchestration with senior leadership, reporting to SVP Revenue Marketing and VP Corporate Marketing. This is a high-impact leadership position in a growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PMO or Chief of Staff in marketing/GTM.
• Experience building PMO discipline and operating cadences.
• Hands-on with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, sprint/agile methodologies, and RACI.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, or AI-adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with standards across teams, regions, and segments.
• Own the marketing Asana practice as system of record; set conventions.
• Manage cross-functional programs end-to-end; surface risks and timelines.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership on status and health.
• Apply PMO frameworks and agile methods to structure work.
