NinjaOne is seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to establish a scalable PMO, drive AI transformation, and own integrated campaigns. You will build global standards, define planning cadences, and connect OKRs to work across regions and segments.

The role centers on turning strategy into repeatable programs, ensuring delivery quality and speed, and leading cross-functional teams including Campaigns, Creative, and Demand Gen.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned PMO leader with marketing transformation experience.
• Proven ability to stand up centers of excellence and operating cadences.
• Deep knowledge of PMO frameworks, agile methodologies, and RACI.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery-tracking standards.
• Own the marketing OKR framework and align goals to work across teams and regions.
• Drive AI transformation and manage the integrated campaigns function.
• Design and launch Centers of Excellence for events, channel, and field marketing.
• Ensure integrated campaigns align with PMO standards and OKRs across portfolios.
