NinjaOne is seeking a Director of Marketing Transformation & PMO to lead the program management function for a scaling marketing org and own the integrated campaigns function through a direct report. This role will establish the operating infrastructure, project management discipline, planning cadences, and global standards to ensure consistent execution across teams, regions, and segments.

Qualificações

• Seasoned program management leader in a marketing/revenue GTM org.
• Proven ability to stand up PMO processes, cadences, and standards.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and Finance on strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with standardized intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery-tracking.
• Own the marketing Asana practice as system of record for programs and projects.
• Manage cross-functional programs end to end, surfacing risks and timelines and driving resolution.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership on status, health, and progress.
• Design and operate PMO frameworks, agile methodologies, and RACI models across marketing.
